For years, we have been regularly meeting with workshops associated with the MaXserwis and MaXserwis Premium Motul networks. These are extremely important moments for us—we truly value direct contact, the opportunity to talk, exchange experiences, and look toward the future together. That is why every such event holds special significance for us.
Last weekend, another edition of the conference took place at the Warszawianka Hotel in Serock, bringing together representatives of workshop networks, business partners, and automotive industry experts. The meeting was not only an opportunity to summarize past activities, but also a space for inspiring conversations and setting development directions for the coming months.
The substantive part of the conference was opened by a presentation from Network Manager Łukasz Skowronek, who provided a detailed summary of the activities carried out over the past year. Next, representatives of the network presented ambitious plans for the future, focusing on further strengthening the network’s position and developing tools to support the daily work of workshops. Participants also had the opportunity to learn about the results of the “Check and Drive” campaign, which attracted strong interest from customers, as well as about the directions for communication development—based on modern websites and social media activity.
One of the key points of the program was a panel discussion with suppliers. The conversation focused on current challenges and the future of the automotive market, with particular emphasis on technological development and a forward-looking approach to vehicle repairs resulting from changes in the design of modern cars.
A unique and highly inspiring moment of the conference was the speech delivered by Karol Bielecki, Vice World Champion in handball. His story, determination, and approach to team building made a huge impression on the participants—the speech was rewarded with a standing ovation.
The conference concluded in an atmosphere of integration and positive energy. It was a time for further conversations, relationship building, and shared entertainment accompanied by music from the band STAGE FEVER.
This event once again confirmed how important in-person meetings are—because it is precisely these moments that strengthen relationships and allow us to jointly develop a strong, modern MaXserwis and MaXserwis Premium Motul workshop network.
