Even though the year is still young, the MaXserwis and MaXserwis Premium MOTUL Conference has already left a lasting impression. This year, we invited our customers to two fantastic locations. The eastern conference was held at Hotel Warszawianka in Jachranka, with beautiful views of Zegrze Lake, while the western conference embraced the seaside atmosphere at Hotel Aquarius in Kołobrzeg.
As always, our customers arrived in large numbers, with nearly 600 participants representing over 300 workshops within the chain. While the conference agenda was ambitious, there was still time to relax and enjoy the locations.
Both Saturday events kicked off with supplier discussions during the trade fair, where attendees could pick up not only gadgets but also valuable insights and answers to their pressing questions. The conference panel followed, with Aleksander Ochęduszko, Manager of the MaXserwis Workshop Chain, taking the lead. He delivered a concise summary of the chain’s achievements over the past year and conducted a survey to better understand the needs of affiliated workshops. Insights from the survey have already been incorporated into plans for future initiatives.
Presentations by Auto Partner’s suppliers were a key feature, where new products and innovative solutions were introduced, and guests’ questions were addressed. We heard from the title sponsors of the conference—MaXgear, MEYLE, Bosch, ZF, and RYMEC. Meanwhile, special sessions were arranged for the women attending In Jachranka, there were image-building workshops, while in Kołobrzeg, there was a presentation on facial yoga.
After a break and a delicious meal, attendees returned to the presentation hall for guest speaker sessions. In Jachranka, Paweł Korpuliński captivated the audience with insights into the world of drifting, surprising many with the level of car preparation required to succeed in the sport. In Kołobrzeg, Jerzy Dudek inspired the crowd by sharing his journey to success and the patience and perseverance needed to reach his goals. The conference wrapped up with a presentation by Marcin Stępniewski from the AP Training Academy, who once again delivered an engaging talk about the scope of his trainings and how professionals can continue honing their skills.
After a long day, attendees were treated to a banquet with delicious food and fantastic entertainment. The evening began with comedy performances by the groups Chyba and Zdolni i Skromni, leaving the audience in tears of laughter. A DJ kept the energy high, playing music well into the night. Special mention goes to Ireneusz Bieleninik, who energetically hosted the event and is already a familiar face to our customers.
We thank you all for making this year’s conference a success.
