On September 23–25, another meeting of the “Workshop of the Future” training series took place in Gdańsk, organized by the Auto Partner SA Training Academy.
The three-day program brought together 22 participants – owners and employees of automotive workshops – who had the opportunity to expand their technical knowledge and practical skills related to the maintenance and servicing of modern vehicles. The sessions were led by Auto Partner Training Academy instructor Marcin Stępniewski as well as experts representing leading automotive manufacturers such as Continental, RYMEC, Motul, KYB, MEYLE, NRF, Bosch, ZF, and MaXgear.
During the intensive training sessions, participants explored topics including:
- oil-immersed belt-in-oil (BIO) drive systems,
- clutch replacement and adjustment in DSG DQ200 transmissions,
- new engine oils – Euro 6 and Euro 7 requirements,
- assessment and verification of suspension and damping system damage,
- automatic transmission oil changes (MEYLE kits),
- safety procedures and thermal management in hybrid and electric vehicles,
- diagnostics of modern combustion and electric vehicles,
- most common questions during oil changes in ZF 8HP/9HP automatic gearboxes,
- monograph of VAG group TSI EVO 1.0 and 1.5 engines,
- regeneration of Toyota Hybrid traction batteries using MaXgear components.
In addition to the technical sessions, participants also had the opportunity to explore Gdańsk and its surroundings – they took a cruise along the Gdańsk–Westerplatte route, followed by a guided walk through this historic site. On the second day, a networking evening was organized, fostering the exchange of experiences and the building of professional relationships.
The meeting in Gdańsk once again confirmed that “Workshop of the Future” is not only about practical technical knowledge but also an excellent opportunity for integration and experience-sharing among professionals.
We would like to thank all participants and technical partners for their active involvement and commitment. We look forward to seeing you again in October for the next session in our training series!
