From 25 to 27 March 2025, the first of four planned editions of the three-day training series for customers under the name “Workshop of the Future” was held in Oława, organized by the Auto Partner SA Training Academy.
The training was attended by 20 participants – owners and employees of workshops – who had the opportunity to expand their knowledge over three intensive days on the latest technologies and best service practices. The sessions were conducted by the Academy’s trainer – Marcin Stępniewski – as well as technical experts from leading automotive brands supporting the project:
Bosch, Continental, febi, KYB, MEYLE, Motul, NRF, RYMEC, and ZF.
During the training, key topics for modern automotive workshops were discussed, including:
- Monograph of TSI EVO 1.0 and 1.5 engines of the VAG Group,
- Diagnostics of combustion and electric vehicles,
- Belt-in-oil (BIO) drives based on the example of the Ford 1.0 EcoBoost,
- Chain-driven timing systems,
- Diagnosis and installation of suspension and damping system components,
- Oil change in automatic transmissions (MEYLE, ZF),
- New MOTUL NGEN oils,
- Work safety and temperature management in hybrid and electric vehicles,
- Construction and servicing of clutch systems.
The sessions were interactive and rich in practical examples, which encouraged lively discussions on real-life service cases from workshop practice.
There was also time for relaxation and integration – participants took part in a formal dinner, visited the Wena Automotive Museum, and spent the evening together during an integration feast.
We would like to thank all participants and technical partners for their participation and engagement. Join Us for the Next Edition of “Workshop of the Future” in June!
