The beginning of April brought more than just the spring solstice – on April 5–6, at the picturesque Cukrownia Żnin hotel, the MaXserwis and MaXserwis Premium MOTUL Conference took place. There were emotions, technical innovations, a powerful dose of knowledge, and also… a comedy performance that made everyone laugh to tears. In one word – it was powerful!
Fairs that Attracted Attention
The conference was opened by the suppliers’ fair – and there was a lot to visit! More than 30 exhibitors presented their latest solutions, innovative technologies, and practical tools for workshops. Each stand was bustling with activity – from practical demonstrations, through presentations of new products, to gifts and gadgets prepared especially for the participants of the Conference.
Outside, the atmosphere was further heated up by representatives of the ROOKS brand, the workshop equipment department of Auto Partner, and one of the Partners who demonstrated the operation of workshop tools and equipment on a living organism – that is, real cars. Visitors could touch, ask questions, test – and gain real, practical knowledge for everyday work.
About the Development of the Network and… 30 Years of Automotive History
After an intense morning, it was time for the substantive part. The conference was officially opened by Łukasz Skowronek – Manager of the MaXserwis network. During his presentation, he spoke about the development of the MaXserwis workshop network, bonus programs, the AP Plus loyalty program, and planned promotional activities. The presentation was a summary of all actions available within the network and an introduction to future directions of development. It was a solid, concrete presentation that showed participants that being part of MaXserwis simply pays off.
Next, the long-awaited discussion panel began, featuring Patryk Mikiciuk – an automotive journalist who knows the industry like the back of his hand. Together with Łukasz and the title partners, they discussed how cars have changed over the past 30 years. From analog classics to electric innovations – many questions, curiosities, and anecdotes were shared.
Why do automatic transmissions dominate today? What has changed in timing systems? How have engine operating temperatures increased, and why are there two thermostats in the 1.4 TSI engine? The panel was full of dynamics, technical substance, and captivating storytelling – it was far from a dry presentation. Interaction with the audience, jokes, and a touch of nostalgia – all of this made the participants listen with bated breath.
A Different Point of View
There was also space for accompanying persons. Michał Włodarczyk, Manager of the Auto Partner Training Department, delivered an inspiring presentation on how to be a manager of the 21st century – covering topics such as management, flexibility, stress, and… breathing.
It was interactive, humorous, but also reflective. Business coaching with a touch of mindfulness? Why not! It was a space for exchanging thoughts, inspiration, and experiences – in a completely different, calmer format.
Unscripted Mikiciuk and Bieleninik
After lunch – which was as satisfying as the morning program – Patryk Mikiciuk returned, this time in a more relaxed form. There was no script, no notes – just a conversation with the audience. Questions, anecdotes, and stories about legendary car models that made the biggest impression on him. All of this took place in a duet with Irek Bieleninik, who acted as the master of ceremonies and guide throughout the entire event. Together, they created an atmosphere in which the hour-and-a-half meeting passed in the blink of an eye.
Cabaret, DJ, and Party Until Morning!
In the evening, the emotions did not subside – on the contrary. The evening banquet began with a performance by the Chyba cabaret, which perfectly matched the atmosphere – the sketches included references to automotive brands, workshop realities, and everyday situations well known to everyone. Afterwards, DJ Sebastian took over – and the party lasted until dawn. Dancing, conversations, laughter – that evening, Cukrownia Żnin truly came alive.
Summary? Spot on!
Attendance was excellent, the atmosphere was outstanding, and participants left with heads full of ideas and – most importantly – with a sense of belonging to the MaXserwis community. Because this conference was not only about knowledge. It was also about meetings, the exchange of experiences, and a shared passion for automotive culture.
See you next year!
