The Grand Finale of the 11th edition of AP EXPERT 2024 is officially over! This highly anticipated event, now a staple in the automotive industry calendar, took place from August 30 to September 1, 2024, at the picturesque and charming Cukrownia Żnin Hotel. Set amidst lakes and beautiful landscapes, the top 100 finalists competed for the prestigious title of Outstanding Expert and the grand prize—a Volkswagen T-Roc.
The Road to the Grand Finale
AP EXPERT is a promotion that has been motivating and engaging the top workshops collaborating with Auto Partner for years. The elimination rounds, held from February through July, allowed participants to compete for a place in the finals. Customers who met their individual points targets earned not only a guaranteed set of ROOKS hand tools but also the chance to compete in the Small Theoretical Final. The top 100, selected based on their mechanical knowledge test scores, were invited to the Grand Finale in Żnin.
Welcoming the Finalists and the Big Showdown
On Friday, August 30, the finalists and their guests arrived at the Cukrownia Żnin Hotel. That evening, they faced their first challenge—the Large Theoretical Final, where they had to showcase their technical expertise and handle the pressure.
Saturday featured the Practical Final for the top five participants, testing their hands-on skills. Tasks included diagnosing an automatic transmission control plate, repairing a damaged magnetic encoder on a rear wheel hub, and verifying the integrity of electrical circuits in hybrid drive systems.
More Than Just Competition
Beyond the competitive excitement, we provided plenty of activities for the finalists to relax and have fun. They enjoyed thrilling helicopter rides over the scenic landscapes of Żnin, water sports like boating and jet skiing, and off-road adventures on quads and segways.
Additionally, an industry trade show allowed participants to gather valuable information on suppliers, establish new connections, and explore the latest technical innovations in the market.
Winners and Prizes
After a day filled with excitement, the results were announced during an evening gala. The title of Outstanding Expert and the grand prize, a Volkswagen T-Roc, went to ADAM-SERWIS ADAM SOBISZ. Other winners received prizes such as discounts on workshop equipment and subsidies for workshop branding.

The evening gala not only featured the awards ceremony but also a vibrant artistic performance. The band Loka invited guests to the dance floor with international and Polish hits, and MultiVisual delivered a spectacular show, combining contemporary circus, illusions, and cutting-edge multimedia effects!
The event and gala were once again expertly hosted by the ever-reliable Ireneusz Bieleninik, who kept the atmosphere lively and energized during the finalists’ competitions.

AP EXPERT 2024 has further strengthened the engaged community of workshops, and the excitement of this year’s finale will be remembered by all participants for a long time. We look forward to seeing what next year’s edition will bring!
